Terms of service

- IF YOU ORDER ANY SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE -

  • Any creations created by me, I own the rights to used it in my portfolio, social medias and any way i attend to promote my work.

  • I have the right to decline any work I'm not comfortable working on.

  • You don't have the right to sell my creations to multiple people or brings any income source. (Examples Etsy, Gumroad, Kofi or any store)

  • Don't claim my work as your own.

  • Please understand i have the right to increase the price depending how difficult or detail the project is.

  • Each service comes with 1 major and 3 minor revisions. Any more modification to the project will be charge. If the project has been already deliver and want a major revision, It will cost.

  • All payment will be done with PayPal or Invoice.

  • All Prices are in DOLLARS. Please check the prices on your own currency before ordering any of my services.

  • All work is done in Adobe Illustrator

  • Your commission will be deliver 1-4 weeks, depending how many orders i have receive.

  • Refunds are only available if i haven't started working on the project, You will receive the amount you send for the project. (PayPal or Invoice fee will be included when refunded)

  • If you not satisfied with the work half way completed and want a refund. I have the right to finish the product, How i want and sell it publicly (Etsy or Sell the final design)

  • No refunds in the final stage of the product.

  • If the project was cancel. I have the right to re-used any elements or any ideas i have created for a another project.

PROCESS OF ORDERING

  2. Send me the information/commission form that will be listed below with details.

  3. We will discussed everything about the service and design and the end i give you my price.
    (Complex of the design)

  4. When i have approve to work with you and have agree to the terms, I will send invoice through PayPal or Stripe.

  5. Pay full or 50% First and later 50% When the work is half way done.

INFORMATION/COMMISSION FORM

  • Email - The final design will be deliver to your email.

  • Name - Your brand name Examples Vtuber name or Content creator name.

  • Socials - Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok and more.

  • Service Type - Name the Service you want.

  • Reference - Send me ideas and picture. What's your theme so i can have an idea.

  • Sketch - (Optional) It be wonderful what type of design you want me to bring to reality. I appreciate if you do.

  • Fonts - (Optional) Fonts are a way to express yourself to the world.

  • Theme Color - Main color brings out the reality to the eyes.

  • Industry - What type of industry you specialize. Examples (Content creator, Vtuber, Stream and more)

  • Payment - Pay full or 50%/50%.

WORK FLOW

  • Upon discussing the service requested. I will send Invoice (PayPal or Stripe) After the payment has been sent.
    I will begin working on it overtime.

  • I will work with you by sending updates Wip's/Updates from the place you contacted me.

  • When the service has been completed, The png will be sent in a zip file to the email provided in the form.
